Serious question, what is up with the general consensus that MikesHD is a god-tier coach? What am I missing? It's impossible to measure the impact of a coach if you aren't a part of the team, but if his impact on his short stint with NV was as great as people seem to think, don't you think he would already be picked up?

Again if he's so great how come literally no tier 1 team has any interest in him. I guarantee you they've heard more about his skills as a coach than us.
