Depends who you ask, but personally I'd say OWL is pretty much dead
Although tons of money is still being pumped into the league, OWL barely gets any viewership last time I checked.

Overgg is incredibly alive though :)

teams are still pouring money in hopes of a revival with OW2 i believe. Since Blizzard was more focused on cashing out than making their game better kekw.
