simurgh [#13]People who said x10 will win, need to check their roster LUL.
Funny how they didnt realise lmfao
XqcAbdul [#14]big thick downgrade by x10, take this L
A typical L Indian user, X10 signed three rising stars + notxd(ex Sharper) + 789(tier 1 thai csgo player). They just need a lot of practice.

Let's say that the player has separated from the team already.
Personal opinion, I think The contract was fair at the beginning. Because the racers may not have thought that the team would go this far. But as the team grows more famous But the contract is old and it doesn't correlate with higher income. The racer did not renew the contract only.
another 15 million Not the prize money in the first place. As many foreign drivers spoke out (shahzam, for example), the money was not in the contract of the rider in the first place.
In the case of FS, from watching SuperBusS's stream, Bus always said that they are a team of friends, so they might not be very strict about the contract. It has already been shared fairly.
As for the X10C affiliation, it's more of a business model, when Riot decided to bring the money here to the agency. And in the contract of the racer, he did not specify that he had to get this money. It depends on the decision of the agency. Even though it seems offended by many chat people, they have to accept it. However, the Thai Valorant industry has grown a lot. Optimism allows us to see a new team like Xerxia increase and have more big agencies for Thai people to cheer on the world-class competition.
I sympathize with both the racer and the agency. The racers gave their best, but received inappropriate money. As for the agency, he pushed the racers to this point, the money that he had, he would have planned to develop the same team to go further. Must lose a good racer after the contract expires.
P.S. All of these are just personal opinions. If you will respond, please respond constructively.

yeah
in conclusion, "the org wants more money from the skin and the players feel it's unfair
I think, I feel it's more worthy the money from the skin is divided "more evenly" among the players. why don't other teams experience like this?
I think (maybe I'm wrong here), it's impossible for these players to want "all" of the money from the skin (if the salary is high / already got a lot of bonuses)
Imagine, the player only got 10% from the skin lol

From what i heard they didnt want all of the money from the skin. It's just really not fair for getting only 10% from it.Actually 10%/7 so They got about 1.4% (210k) for each players. The org wouldnt get this skin money if the players couldnt make it to the champion tourney.

yeah, that's what i thought

I kinda understand your take right there, however,
