Should phoenix be buffed or reworked post your ideas (make them realistic)?

Pheonix is still good.. It's just that other characters are better

It seems like he should be tweaked a bit because all his abilities have better versions in other agents.

The good duelists either have untradebility (jett dash, reyna dismiss) or movement to take space fast (jett dash, raze satchels). I think he needs one of those otherwise he would always be worse that the first 3.

Buff his flash and his wall definitely needs a change, no idea which change though

phoenix need instantly deployable abilities, all the other duelists have atleast one (except yoru ofc)

Make phoenix ult timer increase per kill or just increase the time altogether

His flash is easily dodged even by silvers. His curveball should move faster and should flash enemies for a long time like a Skye flash. His wall is the most useless ability and they must buff the damage on wall and also his wall must heal 80 hp instead of the original. His molly is ok excepting you cannot throw it from very far or make good lineups for post plants.
