First I'll say I am assuming 2 things (could be wrong):

1. No tier 1 team is offering sinatraa
2. He doesn't want to play for a tier 2/3 team

Now, if sinatraa fans want him to ever go pro again, they should stop watching his stream coz as long as he has the streaming option he ain't playing for a tier 2/3 team and if doesnt remind tier 1 teams how good he is by carrying tier 2/3 in tourneys no tier 1 is going to take the RISK of picking him up and losing PR while gaining no results (its unlikely but still they won't take the risk)

Unlikely but some people have that competitive drive. Somebody asked vanity if he would ever be a full-time streamer he said not until he achieves something in valorant (like a major) he would not stop being a pro.

It depends. After a certain amount of money, it has diminishing returns.
Some people are happier while competing. If he is anything like that, he wouldn't get the same satisfaction with streaming that he would get after winning tourneys.

He is not definitely not banned explicitly right now, but there was a report earlier that RIOT was discouraging teams to pick up Sinatraa due to avoid negative PR.

I think what's prevent him from going back to pro scene.. Is his contract with sentinel.. His buyout may be expensive for tier 2 team.. I think he will have more chances when he becomes a free agent

Nah, I think he is more like "I love to win" kind of guy, but when he has to grind and train to become the best and overcome his limits, he just stop caring.
