I heard some time ago that you needed to be at least inmortal to compete in the VCT. It makes sense to filter out the teams that can join the open qualifiers but are all pro inmortal? Do you need to get inmortal every act? How does that work?

The exact ruling is immortal at some point in time. That way players only have to prove their skill once and can focus on scrims as much as they want
