question abt NA vct

I have no clue how it works
Can only certain teams participate in the 2nd qualifier??? someone said akrew cant play in it
tbh i dont really understand anything about this years NA VCT

akrew can play in it and so can every team that signs up for it before its full, i think :)

ofc they can and im pretty sure they'll have better seeding since they finished high up in this qual
