Is there anyway to overturn the afk penalty?

Today i got really shit timings i have to keep on disconnecting from games because of this shit so now i got a penalty for it and i have to wait for 6 days now :((

I left a game cuz my parents were yelling at me and they told me to go here go there etc so I got penalised for 335 hours on my main
Sucks but :(

you can post a complaint on rito ticket and tell them the circumstances and give them logs. they usually reduce it after verifying your reasons
