One of the most insecure and unpredictable carriers in the world...It doesnt even take 1 bad map for people to become an instant outcast. So many small or upcoming players are probably currently jobless after 1 bad tournament.

Not a single person ever said esports is a stable job, unless ur a consistent top player in league of legends

It isn’t the most stable career unless you have consistent success which isn’t something that happens often. I see especially with Valorant (mainly in NA) that roster stability doesn’t exist. Seems like after every event a few NA teams make some changes.

Definitely a stressful career as well.

It’s definitely not stable, but it’s a smart branding move and you can easily move into streaming and stuff like that.

not everyone is shroud or summit...there are lots of former notable esports pros who currently struggle to even break 1k views .
