They forgot to sign-up, but unlike OG / EXCEL / 19..., UOL didn't reach Ro32 at previous event, that's why they weren't allowed to be here like those shitters

I.e. F4U Gaming casually invented rules mid-tournament to assist rich organizations and fuck over mixes, but UOL didn't have the needed requirements to be also invited
