because riot will be very disapproving of it, as well as a good chunk of the esports community as a whole. sintatraa knows this and because of that, he would probably rather stick to streaming going forward, even if he's proven innocent in court
thats not how a court works.... they prove guilt to a reasonable level or not they dont prove innocence
unfortunately the backlash has been too much even if he gets proven innocent the damage has pretty much been done

He's on contract, if they release him from the contract they would have to pay him in full, which I'm guessing is a lot because he was quite the big personality even before valorant.
