For starters, not getting a 1 week ban from Ranked just because you leave a single UNRANKED game would be nice.
And the cooldowns shouldn't start when you try to queue, they should start the moment the match you left is over. Happened so often that i wanted to play and i couldn't because a 2hr cooldown starts when in enter queue.

1 week ban? That sucks. Yeah the queue timer is annoying, I usually dodge 2 or 3 maps and always forget to re-queue. It's especially in a trio
