Does someone use this headset and have also problems with the Mic? My Mic is very very quiet and whatever i try it doesn't change. And Steelseries recommend me to (almost) eat the Mic. They really say try placing the Mic really close to your Mouth. Tried and nope nothing change.
Maybe someone use it too and can help. :(

It's the Headsets own Mic. You can't remove or replace it.

Brand New Headset. Arrived today. Used HyperX Alpha before, no problems.

Steelseries has its own software called Steelseries Engine, you should try that. Also, try plugging the USB directly into your PC and see if that fixes it.

I've tried the Software ofc. The Software is so useless it gives me less options than i have on the DAC. The DAC is literally the Software. If i would plug the Headset directly to the PC the Cable would be too short and the DAC would be useless. Im done with this Headset. 200€ for a Headset like this is just waste of Money. Sound is great tho and i have to add i got Headache after using it for 2 Hours. Right now im using a Steelseries Siberia v2 (My replacement Headset) and it sound almost same. Just the Bass is not that strong.
In short: Arctis Pro is done for me.
I will now try an Astro A40 and if that fails too, i will go back to the Roots. To the Cloud Alpha.
