RIOT should give guaranteed slots to NA and EU only (5 each) and 2 spots for playoffs between the rest of the insignificant minor regions. Early exits of big teams degrade the quality and hype of the tournament. I would rather watch BBG vs NRG than some fluke random team from a minor region
