NA rly thought they would win everything after sentinels won rejkavik. NA is dead and will never win anything again
patuj [#2]I guess every esport follows the same timeline. NA dominates really early and then, you know this happens
Well, this never happened in CS GO. Took them 5 years to win a major and they disappeared of the map since then.

Forgot about grand slam

This happened in earlier CS's

I never really understood why this happens. NA players have all the money the need for coaching staff, bootcamps and even personally. Besides having a huge playerbase on most games. Why the hell they usually feel behind ??

actually after Liquid grand Slam in 2019 NA scene was stronger than ever. They had 2 teams at the top 5 with also good tier 2 teams

I guarantee most people in NA don't give a shit about esports. They don't see it as a real career and most have no clue that esports is an actual thing

No talent

but isnt it in like all regions besides Korea ?? Here in Brazil is something unknown as well. Coldzera, for example, almost missed going to LG roster because his dad didnt want him to go
feaN [#16]No talent
lmao you seriously think playing video games is a talent thing? NA may have a smaller population, but there's plenty of people equal in talent. The difference maker is if people actually care about turning it into a career and actually try

NA playerbase is really not huge

yungbasel [#22]I get it, it's fun to shit on NA. But you simply never know.
For all we know, c9 could win champs. Becareful with such takes.
And this is year 2 of Valorant. There are at least 3 more years of this depending on the success of it.
Id be happy if an NA team wins but not everyone who is an NA fan said that everyone else was shit. Like its actually starting to get annoying.

if you consider international tournaments, we are only 6 months in

best take i've read in a hot minute.
i_need_NA_mommy [#26]They win first events because they have money in scene first than any other region
No they won because they were better than other teams. There players were good. They signed these players a year before the tourny even happened so other regions had time to improve anyway
SenNoone [#23]Id be happy if an NA team wins but not everyone who is an NA fan said that everyone else was shit. Like its actually starting to get annoying.
I promise you dude. Most people don't think like that, this forum is just a fringe melting pot of the worst people the internet has to offer. Most fans actually aren't disrespectful tribalists and NA isn't really hated. <3

That's what I'm saying... NA create a gap because many people from CS migrated to VALORANT so they win first event by MONEY (People migrated to VALORANT because NA scene was flowing)
@Look at swag, dude migrated to Valorant even before game released lol.
