Flashed kill and Smoked kill

What's stopping Riot from adding these symbols to the killfeed aside from trying to stay unique from CS? With the amount of util Valorant got it's high time we get these symbols no? Will add much more clarity to playing and watching Valorant.

Edit: By this I mean YOU getting a kill while YOU are being flashed or YOU getting a kill by spamming through a smoke.
