yes, but they can see the cam too. The illegal cams are the one that cannot be destroyed by the enemy, like for example the one in screens where u can see the glass but the enemy can't destroy the cam unless they run all the way into screens.

the cam didnt see anything before the barrier went down plus the cam was immediately broken when breach saw it
