2 questions for RIOT

1. Was the camera in the rulebook?
2. You can make a tech pause for someone jumping on a box, but cant make tech pause for someone using a camera whole match?

The decision is very unfair to @VivoKeyd. The admins should have detected the exploit right away, backtrack the round using the cronobreak, and give VK a warning. It had no impact on the victory and the penalty in my opinion is disproportionate.

that's also true, they used the cam for 6 rounds I believe and none of the admins called a timeout, I wonder if they're watching the stream with the observers prospective or they have their own
