I don’t take issue with a player going to a team no. I have issue with a team being gifted a spot in ascension. This just happens to be the post I say something about it because I’ve seen like 10 posts saying the same shit about twisted winning.

I have the same amount of evidence as the people claiming they are the best team (none). Twisted and RA’AD don’t deserve the amount of points they have when they haven’t participated in any of the stages throughout the year. I’m not saying it’s their fault. It’s riot or whoever made that decision. But they’re completely unproven as a team.

MENA is split into 2 subregions
they farmed the weaker 1 then went 0-2 against TU and TWIS

Again like I said, MOUZ didn’t reach stage 1 or stage 2 (top 12).

MKF is an academy team, take that as you will.

Boars is the 3rd seed from North/East (considered one of the weakest regions)

I mean, EP and PCF were already guaranteed into ascension. They don’t have to play well atm. Mandatory were guaranteed after winning.

They’ll be proven if they beat one of them in ascension.

If they had participated in the stages throughout the year and earned points that way to guarantee themselves into ascension then I would say they deserve it. But atm it’s not actually backed up by facts only opinions.

i think it'd be fine if it was the best mena team just straight up quals to ascension largley because it is a separate region that can basically only play with itself without travel and with normal ping. the issue is basically giving both subregions a team for no reason when they literally have a lan that can determine the best team
