I disagree with that for Raze since Raze's utility requires open space. Raze's utility isn't really effective on A or B site.

Open space and angles***

Haven A site and B site is too narrow and doesn't hold enough angles to maximize her utility.
Raze is perfect on split because mid is extremely open with many angles and same thing applies with B site
