I think Sen needs 2-3 things

Dedicated shooter like zekken. Zekken and N4rrate are fucked rn because sometimes only they can shoot back. Bang is hit or miss, if the team is shooting then bang is too(redduxx can fix this issue too but lets consider bang asw). Cryo and Crashies give them enough firepower
Crashies as a secondary caller is really good and he can shoot back.
getting cryo and crashies, makes the team more flexible. Crashies can take scan ini and John can take breach/Kayo. Even if john doesn't frag on breach and kayo like usually he does, Sen now has enough firepower to make up for it with Zekken,cryo,bang,crashies.
John now only needs to focus on speaking and util.

In my opinion, this might be the best fix. Well, Champs are still left and i still have good hopes for sen.

by adding crashies you remove firepower
n4rrate can already play scan ini and has more firepower than crashies
adding cryo makes the team less flexible than it is with zellsis

n4rrate is a good firepower but crashies brings firepower+experience+calling which is a plus
just by putting zellsis on random agents doesnt really solve the problem if he cant even shoot back but w cryo they can run double duelist comps so more flexibility when making comps

cryo is inflexible he doesn't know what to do when he's anything but jett or chamber
n4rrate is the 2nd best on their team and he's blended into the team very well as the recon init

he can't shoot back, zellsis is also a very good secondary caller

cryo is not flexible, crashies and n4rrate have the same agent pool so they're not more flexible
johnqt shouldn't even think about playing initiator because he's not good on it

yeah sure LMFAOOO, crashies is keeping up with demons on fnatic. also i didnt even mean that crashies can 1v5 every rnd, its that maybe he cant shoot on par n4rrate but he brings more much things into the team like experience and zellsis only being a secondary caller and dead weight, isnt helping the team.

cryo is not flexible

i never said cryo is flexible, i said getting cryo MAKES THE TEAM FLEXIBLE. they have more options when making comps and considering their options because cryo can play jett/chamber/yoru. they can try iso/yoru on haven, yoru/jett on ascent, also they can blend in chamber on some maps.

johnqt is not good on ini, everyone knows but then again u didnt read when i said "Sen now has enough firepower to make up for it with Zekken,cryo,bang,crashies."

thats why john only needs to focus on speaking and perfect utils.

you are super clueless if you think crashies is keeping up and probably haven't watched fnatic since toronto
bringing cryo makes the team less flexible because the only choices are to run him on jett or chamber as i've said 5 times
this team would be the equivalent of current fnatic where only 3 of them can shoot and the other 2 are util bots every game
