A dqed seems too harsh but it's the only "fair" punishment

They could have but what Riot did was in the rules of the tournament. VK knew the rules cz they were already told everything about known bug and exploits and the penalty they will face if used. If the match would have been replayed that would have been Brazil Favouritism as X10 was disqualified for using the same bug
