Thoughts? Any surprises? any prospects you have your eye on for Tier 1 next year?

On a side note, I feel like some regions (oceania and north europe for example) have disproportionately high percentages of players with high ratings, is this cause they have more games to play or what? or its just a weaker region in general?

you have to take into account some regions are easier than others

If you wanna count apac just count from sea and Korea only matter there other decent belower
