Wtf I thought rematches weren't a thing in the swiss stage

I've never understood this worst 3-2 vs best 2-3 matchup, why does the best 2-3 team have to play a tougher matchup than all the other 2-3 teams while facing elimination?

yeah idk how it could be avoided but surely there is a better way to do this. Having a rematch isn't good by itself, but the fact that the best 2-3 team is now at a disadvantage because they play a 3-2 opponent compared to the worse 2-3 teams makes no sense
