Germany as a whole already has pretty strict regulations for international travellers and for esports. I don't think the spike in cases would affect the restrictions unless it reached a point where the entire country would need to shut down.

Gotcha, Ive only been seeing things about them tightening restrictions for unvaccinated people, but know little to nothing about how countries in Europe have handled Covid.
