NA roster changes

What's up with NA teams constantly making roster changes? It feels like teams in other regions focus more on slowly building their core up and make changes only when absolutely necessary, while in NA even the slightest hurdle can get you kicked.

You have to remember that a lot of the benchings and cuts are mutual between the team/org and the player. Also, many teams had the goal of reaching champions, and when they don't reach that goal, changes will be made, we see this in CS too

It's an off season roster shuffle, it happens in all regions, EMEAs just haven't been announced yet.

Seen this even without off season. Feels like there are lots of roster changes before every tournament

these orgs have goals that need to be met in order to be satisfied and if they don't achieve that goal, they will make roster changes.

Nope. GUILD, SMB also made huge changes. There are big changes going on in EMEA right now
