hopefully rules get cleared up by riot because I feel like not having any tourneys for so many months is dumb

No it wont be cleared up, its a good rule. You just have to wait for other tier 1 tourneys. Like a sponsored tourney

An invitation tournament is the only way they could compete in tourneys. like Faze clan invitation last year
