Did it get buffed recently?

I am behind on my patch notes but feel like I have been seeing lots of pro players use it more often when they are streaming. I know it is just comp and they could be trolling but just seems random that it is being used more often

I mean… theoretically, assuming you have perfect aim, guardian is just vandal but cheaper

Even in Silver i see ppl using it now more than ever.

Guardian just Sheriff with overpriced tag and little long range damage buff

Not in many map you can use this, Breeze or Icebox is applicable.
But in map like Bind that don't have many long range fight. If you can't afford vandal / phantom, sheriff is better.

Unironically they can't. NA can only get kills by running around corners pre-spraying with the phantom and spectre (sans like 5 players)

It's got the highest bullet damage besides the marshall and the op, higher penetration than any other rifle, and the ADS zooms farther. And before you say "ADS bad" its only bad on automatic weapons and the guardian is semi-auto. You can one-tap headshot through a bunch of walls people think are completely solid
