Riot seems to think this is their best given that they've never made any sort of public apology or statement, to them this is just normal I guess. I swear they're not even trying to improve their arenas, they're perfectly fine allowing 3+ tech pauses a map. Oh well, it's not like the company pulls in millions upon millions of dollars each year, they definitely don't have the funds to fix this.
