How do I actually get into an established team?

I've played T1 Norwegian valorant now for one season, and since the team is kind of fading now, i don't know where to head. I'm not going back to the old "Gankster teams" i used to play for. Where should I go then to find a team without them coming to me?

well the same issue there. Where do premier teams look for players? The answer is usually Gankster. Most good teams play premier on the side for fun as it's really not a optimal way to practice nor get far or recognized.

if you start hard fragging out in tournaments your name will get thrown around and you will get picked up eventually u just have to grind it out with these gankster teams for now because there is no way these teams will pick u up from nowhere

You don't? You can't just get into established teams without them coming to you

yes, i do understand that. But i'm talking about "getting up the ranks" in terms of exposure. Established teams will never reach out to any premier team or gankster team because that's not where they look. I'm just wondering where they DO look.

well, I'm not sure how things work over there, but over in Brazil winning tourneys is what gets you exposure to scouts (of course you still need a social media presence and videos)

Honestly unless you’re active on Twitter or friends with other players gankster is the best place to look for trials and to get a foot in the scene. Most of the people on there are pretty low quality (hovering around immo 1) but it’s always worth the time to trial with teams, practice your own comms, see how teams play, how different IGLs call, and then grind ranked until something worthwhile comes up. Make sure to get on Twitter and start interacting with people around your level/ in tourneys you play against.

that's not my point. I'm not expecting to get anywhere beyond perhaps T2. I'm doing this for fun, and I love being competitive that's why im posting this.
