I hate comparing valorant and cs but man in cs there's a new tournament like a week after the last one is done and it has so different teams but in valorant you need to wait a long ass time to see your favorite team play again if they don't qualify. Valorant as a game is stale as hell right now and the esports is the only thing I care about but with the way the matches are scheduled it can get so boring

riot should let private company organize some A or B tier tournament mid year where all the franchised teams compete against each other in like ESL or Blast tournament but with mixed main + academy roster. this will be good for youth development ngl, the problem with t2 its too ruthless orgs can kick any players at any time
they prioritize quality > quantity
Its only 3 internationals with the last one being the World Championship that everyone wants to qualify for all season and win. Its only 3 but you'll remember all 3 of them as well as the journey of teams, because there are very few games in VCT that "dont matter".
Unlike CS where they have tournaments basically every month so if you lose a match here and there it doesnt matter, there is always the next one and the Majors have their own qualifiers, so there is a shit ton of games that are completely forgettable
1 more would be interesting. I would like to see a kickoff tournament like Lockin every season. All VCT teams invited, single elimination, just to start off the season and then make the 2 Masters 12 teams, and maintain Champions 16 teams at the end of the year.
Its really hard to arrange that now with a whole new region of China so idk if its possible, but I liked the "do or die" single elim matches of Lockin
Or it could be just more Masters tournaments, but idk
