Then you don't look at the situation through the eyes of either side, thus you don't need transparency. But rather what you can observe of the situation rather than conjecture. My response to the situation is that EDG can't properly manage a single player. And this team isn't a team, it's 5 good players playing together. S1mon was heavily praised by the coaches prior to this and during champs. Who's fault it was for S1mons behavior is conjecture. The fact that EDG failed to manage their "team" is objective. The fact this player felt singled out within the team is something that should simply never happen. Again however this would be different if S1mon was never praised for his team play prior.

you win. It doesn't look like the organisation is keen on employing more methods and resources to support the team. How S1mon feels singled out in the first place must indicate some lack of communication. Yeah, if you look at the WeChat messages, S1mon is still asking why he is benched. I suppose it is a different philosophy for them in managing a team, players are supposed to manage themselves, lol. For them, it's kind of like there are too many options to pick from, so they would rather bench a player than have to spend time helping that one player who requires some sort of special treatment. There are overwhelming expectations for this organisation, and it is the regular season right now.
