I think it has more to do with them kicking out S1mon and then signing someone who is nothing like S1mon. S1mon night be a lazy bum but his utils would set everyone up so good. Now they don't have that.

He crashed out on his team and called them all trash or something along those lines, he realized afterwards what he said was wrong and was deeply sorry about it but the damage was already done at that point and they kicked him off the team because of it.
