This is unreal, my reaction speed jumped from 250 to 150. It feels like cheating

it's like only 100 us dollars can give you a 23. 8 inches+2k+180hz screen.
i mean if you can afford the valo's skins

theres no good panels out there with 180hz + 2k resolution for 100 usd, those panels u been talkin abt might have insane ghosting on them my bro

Still better than like 99% of the playerbase man. That's a great achievement already

Immortal to an extent is close enough to radiant and also it's still better a majority of people who've ever played the game

144hz this days kinda lame isnt it ?. 200 hz under 2 mil rn ? Just Bought the skyworth 24" 2k and the colour is better than aoc.
Im also happened to just upgrade my first pc monitor from samsung 60 h to aoc 180 hz and got ranked up from plat to ascendant. Playing on 60 hz in the medium rank are not fun surely

smoother screen, you can see enemies earlier

If your monitor is 144 Hz for example, it can physically refresh the screen 144 times per second. That means even if your graphics card is rendering 300 FPS, your monitor will still only show 144 frames per second—because that’s all it can display.

my surface had 60hz display but barely generate that so i got no display bottleneck and yes i understood this b4 ty

Is the difference between 75hz and 165hz huge, since I feel like i need a monitor upgrade to get out of ascendant

I've seen a lot people said 60 to 120 is the biggest performance boost you'll have, after that the difference gonna be less noticable.

So yea, it is huge

14 inch laptop monitor, 60 hz, 200 fps > and constantly playing on 170 ms to play with friends back home.

Luckily I'm just a casual now who only 5 stacks when I have time, I don't think 15-16 year old me could handle being hardstuck plat/diamond when I was GE in CSGO and GM in Overwatch. Though when I did go home for a break I peaked Ascendant so Unc still has it somewhat.

same, I used to get 220 average reaction time and after I bought a new pc and 260hz monitor it jumped to 150, really fucking broken. also I ranked up from diamond to immortal really fast and with way better stats. I didn't really feel like I got instakilled as much and my mechanics got a lot cleaner.
