change skins in lobby?

i feel like you should be able to change your skins in the 8 years it takes to load into the match, i don't really know what agent i'm playing until i get into the agent select and some skins feel better on certain agents

more freedom with skins = more people buying skins

it's the same idea behind having different skins for ct and t, i wonder why riot hasn't done anything to facilitate this yet

I agree; I just don't understand why we can't change skins in the buy phase etc.
