If 2G win 2-0 over Sen and Loud beat EG 2-0, then that would make both 2G and EG have a 2-3 record, but 2G would have won 5 maps compared to EG's 4 maps. What am I missing?
aiber [#3]eg beat 2g head to head so they win the tiebreaker
isnt map difference the dominant factor?
Nirrjh [#4]isnt map difference the dominant factor?
in a three way tie yes, in a two way tie. it goes to H2H.
Nirrjh [#4]isnt map difference the dominant factor?
its always h2h until it cant become a factor for example in a 3 way tie h2h is still valid if
Team A beats Team B
Team B beats Team C
Team A beats Team C
then the order goes A > B > C
but in a 3 way tie if
Team A beats B
Team B beats C
Team C beats A
then the order is unclear because A > B > C > A and so on (goes infinitely)
in this case it goes to map diff and then finally round diff
Nirrjh [#4]isnt map difference the dominant factor?
if 2 teams tied = h2h
if more than 2 teams tied = map diff
T1lover [#9](EG not making it, I will suck my own thing if 2G beat SEN 2-0)
EG have made it no matter what lmao
