What Agent should I learn?

I am in Plat-Dia elo and want to learn a new duelist. I have been influenced by Pro Play.

Yoru or Neon? What agent should I learn. Taking into consideration that I will only get mild team support.

phoenix is very simple and very strong in low elo, just farm ult orbs and plants/defuses when possible

Just play smokes you will get shit on if you are not entering as duelist if you have decided then go with yoru very self reliant but you really need to understand timings well

just play jett or iso, yoru is kinda ass in ranked if u dont have good teammates

if you wanna play sentinel role with simple agent Killjoy and VYSE

Raze she still dominates maps like lotus and split. And iso is also brain dead to play.

tbh Omen is the best agent for ranked, u have smokes, u have a flash, u can tp and switch position or entry in the worst case
