based on what ive read from zap's tweet, its more of between him and the coaching staff. i mightve misinterpreted but yea check the thread called zap tweet

Just found it it seems like he actually tried to reflect on it but that's a bummer staff shouldn't really be in the way of the team imo glad he's trying to grow from it I'll miss him
