It was pretty predictable, wasn’t it?

They lost the player who carried 90% of their games and replaced him with someone who is below average in 90% of them.

i'd go as far to say that every other player itw is a downgrade compared to aspas, at least on his role

Never for a second thought this team would go anywhere. Demon1 is an good player that had the right system around him an managed to shine during 2023. Aspas is the complete opposite, in the sense that he really doesnt care what kind of setup the team builds around him, he puts up the numbers either way. Demon1 was never a good 1 for 1 replacement for Aspas.
