no if u add all taxes + surcharges yes
like Goods and service tax , VAT , import tax and along with some other charges it comes to 45 - 50% cuz like gaming pc parts are considered a luxury item and gpu prices are higher cuz they are imported which is 100% import tax on gpu which results to a higher total amount
