They are continuing this after their League homeground match against KT in LCK last year. 3 days-long event, of which 1 day will be Valo Pacific match. Don't know if the match will be from stage 1 or 2. Venue will be Inspire Arena, where Champions Seoul KO stage was held last year.

They're still looking for an away tean, and Joe mentions Zeta, GenG, PRX, as preferred opponents.

Forgot to add that the interview was conducted on January, before the stage 1 group draws. Though he also said "... homeground this summer..." so I'm pretty sure that the homeground event will be held during one of the Stage 2 weeks. So the away team would mostly depend on which teams are placed in the same group as T1 for Stage 2.

Though he also mentioned that Riot has approved two homeground events to be held this year, so if there are to be two homeground events indeed, one before MSI/Toronto and one after, then amongst the mentioned teams, only Zeta is in the same group with T1 for Stage 1.

Of course, Riot approving two events doesn't mean T1 will indeed host two events and as of now, it sounds like there's only going to be one homeground weekend this year. We'll see.

Inspire Arena was in a dire financial situation and was taken over by bonds holder from the original owner, last I've heard. Maybe it's a bit cheaper now to rent.
