How much food do you eat

My lifestyle has become super sedentary this past 6 months. Because of this I end up not using energy so I think my body just doesn’t need more food. I basically just have a big breakfast at like 6pm and I’m straight. Once I recover from my injury I’ll start working out and prob be hungry all day every day but till then, 6pm breakfast for me

What’s everyone else‘s food routine lookin like?

I'm fasting rn so I only eat like 1 plate at 7 and then eat some yogurt and berries at 6 am

But before I used to eat lunch and then a light dinner only even when active. Biggest thing was just drinking water constantly and getting some yogurt and grains early in the morning

i eat like a 200 cal breakfast 8:30 am ish then an 1800 cal dinner 5 pm and im set

super nice bc im still in a deficit and dont have to eat a clean dinner, i can eat what i want pretty much

dont really eat breakfast, then i just eat some cafeteria food then just cook my own dinner and if im hungry ill eat some oats at night

I skip breakfast eat lunch at 12 then dinner at 6 pm but I drink lot of water

i fast everyday its called sleeping

I started working from home this past year and began eating a lot more. Usually get DoorDash but good food like Mexican, Hawaiian or Italian dishes.

I went from 135 lbs to 160 lbs in about 2 years. I’m 5’9 so it’s a good weight for my height. If I started working out again I’d probably be pretty muscular.
