2nd pot - 4-6 = worst champ performer + 2 best regional teams
3rd pot and 4th pot decided based on last year's final standings
8 teams from each group, 24 play off teams, 3-0 teams + 2 best 3-1 teams (based on region strength last year) get a bye round
single elim, bo3s, grand final bo5.
