I tink the same as "animefication", where mídia starts to make everything looks and acts like "anime"
For example, dead ass army around the world making their "anime" character. Or gaming cassino houses being represent by a anime girl.
They are making this not bc it's a evolution of art os smth. It's just the world has more freak ass otakus then before, and them are the main buyers, so the company just adapt
