About Champions 2025 format

I hope swiss stage + single-elimination bracket.
BO3 only for games that decide who advances to the playoffs or is eliminated from the tournament.All playoff games are BO5.

A run from the lower bracket in a double-elimination would be interesting, but not appropriate for a championship, a tournament that determines the best team of the year. The undefeated team in the playoffs should win the Champions.

If it becomes single-elimination, that time period can be used for the previous stage.

I trust that anyone who watched the KRU-FNC or KRU-GMB at Champions 2021 will agree with me.

No, a team that loses in BO5, let alone BO3, has to admit defeat. And with a format that's accepted in the League of Legends WCS.

not accepted by a lot of fans tbh. but the complaints died down bc it's just what it is. VCT will never have a format like this bc compared to League, Valorant has way faster games.

the format is already good I don't see the problem with it. you could maybe replace group brackets with swiss stages but double elimination makes it much it much better

just replace the group stage with swiss stage. no need to revamp the ENTIRE format.
