Yes, in an esport where the average pro is a former pro of another game, a normal player requires at least that amount of playtime to catch up to the top players starting from scratch--and even then out of the immensely large pool of players that attempt to do it, only a select few make it through. Use this same logic with the significantly smaller pool of pros that aren't men.

ok i see your point now. my counter to that is why not auto qual winners of game changers champs to tier 2. whats the point of fielding talent if said talent never gets a shot to play in tier 2. even though flor is crazy good, the fact sje never got to fully hone discipline and other skills in tier is still very telling in how she plays, the opportunity given in game changers is so slim.
