Imma be honest. Verno better be a crazy person on a spectrum for them to do him like that? This ruins his reputation for years to come and to a talented player like this it better be justified. They are saying he doesn't comm and shit like that off of comms videos where all the important comms are cut out anyway. This guy was putting up breach masterclass on haven with mada utilizing the util to it's full potential, without any comms? Like be fr. There are so many rumors around, I don't know what to believe. However, I will say this, If I don't see NRG instantly winning from split 2 after this then that would ruin FNS's legacy massively. It would just mean he and his band(ethan, fns, s0m) scapegoated a young kid just prolong his career a little bit longer instead of playing horrible individually. Let's be real, in 2025 valorant, FRAGGING matters and you can't show me a single team that is consistently winning with a single player consistently going -30 and if that consistently keeps happening on a team then you should be expecting your teammate to point fingers, no matter you are the IGL or a veteran. You can't lose all your important duels and then expect to win. Singled out stats don't mean anything but data with a large sample size can paint a picture. Even boaster wins a lot of his important duels nowadays.

May be he is frustrated or needs better mental support to make him act better. You give up on a talented guy like him that quick and ruin his reputation for the rest of his career and justified because he is not a very nice guy? Aspas is egotistical, zekken was very edgy and passive aggressive early on, I remember zekken memeing shahz in a ranked game when deph got announced first and then he grew. A lot of young players are the same.
Dropping a 18yr old youngster after just one bad series is NOT justified if the problem is that he has massive ego or he isn't friendly. You can work on that, FNS going -30 every game and losing his touch in reading the game is a bigger obstacle for them, I would say. But obviously that's my outside opinion and hence they have to win everything to prove me wrong.
from what ive noticed so far and taking Daprs tweet into consideration i think hes a rather quiet personality who brings up mistakes directly and critizes the players also directly, that might seem toxic (bcs americans are softer in general and usually think normal criticism is bad or some and bcs of that they somehow talk around the topic or critize indirectly what is harder to get immediatly and some ppl might misinterpret that) but he means it in a way to show them on what they can specifically work on, thats what I think and I think u need to know Verno a longer time to get used to it, thats my take
people are talking about his comms specifically, i watched both vids and verno has been calling out most of his utility and a few action comms, besides that he's mostly quiet. don't think this is a problem though since s0m and ethan are clearly helping with purpose and calling (s0m especially)..
besides that he either has an insufferable personality behind the scenes or was just very aggressive and clashing with teammates, idk
