it's not that big of a deal, your acting like the assistant coach doesn't have the same pull as a head coach. It's just the head coach has more of a spotlight in the media point of view. Milan already has good chem with the team so why not promote him to head coach? They still have good ideas that they can work on together which ultimately is better for the team.

Yeah mini last year did more than elmapuddy and was assistant hc it doesn't matter very much
