Honestly I'm cool with it, proven coach with a lot of xp, we saw how drastically navi declined last year after he left so I'm hopeful this was the right choice, though I feel like he's more of a head coach and milan vice versa but I guess it doesn't really matter too much.

TF why assist coach?

Milan has no hc experience not sure if that's happening I think it's the other way around
