keep the rest of the team. they lose the same situations so consistently that it's obvious these dudes have no protocols to go off of. Their entire gameplan seems like they make it up on-the-fly, at least that's how it looks (and that's bad enough). I understand he's likeable and PRX fans identify with him bc he has the same reactions as you guys to the plays, but it's his job to fix it. PRX fans blame the players so much, but no matter what roster they've had, the same issues have persisted. Makes you think

Now PRX get stomped out by DFM. Are we ready to have the conversation about Alecks yet or are we still going to blame the same thing we've been blaming for 3 years? He's a fraud that benefitted from the most talented players in the region being on the team he coaches. PRX have been held back by this dude for long enough.

at this point i dont think changing coach by itself will even do much. they have an identity of hyper aggression and over-pushing and fighting everything. they need a real IGL who can actually implement whatever a coach says whether it's alecks or someone new. they need some discipline and to get back to having real set plays like they used to. i feel like just getting a new coach isnt gonna be enough to fix their terrible habits when theyve spent years with more or less the same people nurturing the same behaviours over and over

There are definitely a lot of organizational issues over there rn and it's been years of ppl saying that they need to attempt to change their identity, at least in certain situations, and no change has been seen. It's a shame. Regardless of what they do going forward, they need a more complete vision of how they are going to approach rounds from a bird's-eye-view. Hard changes to make when the season is starting already.
